Answer: The 21st Century Work Place In todays advanced technological era, a large number of changes are anticipated to come about in the workplace during the 21st century. In this century, as per the latest innovation and developments, the use of computer as well as scientific technology will be continuing within workplace. Moreover, this will reform the entire workforce in a systematic way. For case, this will restructure the labor force with the help of increased remote access to offices and virtual work teams. The improved work style flexibility will be more ordinary in the workplace of 21st century (Sturt Nordstrom, 2016). Along with this, there will be increased reporting relationships between employees and employer in the 21st century work place. The 21st Century Learner The 21st century learner will only use technologies in order to improve their skills and knowledge on the different topics and subjects in an effective and a significant manner. The advanced technologies will influence the daily life of the learner of the 21st century. Along with this, their personal as well as professional life will highly influenced by the technologies in this century (Mayrath, 2012). Moreover, there will be revolutionary changes in the learning environments of the 21st century. For that reason, the learner of 21st century will also be more advanced in the century. Difference between 21st Century Work Place and Classical Work Place It is true that both 21st century workplace and classical workplace are different with one another. The main reason behind it is that 21st century is fully depends on the technologies and follow advanced technological trends with the work place. In contrast, the classical work place is highly influenced by the traditional trends and only follows traditional customs at the workplace (Karoly Panis, 2004). Along with this, in the 21st century workplace, the employers use remote management, video conferencing, and telecommuting in order to develop a strong relationship with their employees. In opposite to this, the classical employers use meeting and conferences to build a strong and effective relationship with their workers. On the other hand, in the 21st century, all the business organizations require more sophisticated technology in order to manage their businesses in an effective way. But, the business organization of classical workplace only requires more and more workers to manage their business activities in a significant way. In the same way, the significant changes in the workplace of 21st century are the consequence of new as well as advanced technology (Wrench, 2013). In contrast, the classical workplace takes technologies very lightly and also introduces technological inventions as well as improvements within workplace only once in a month. Along with this, the employers of the 21st century workplace only focus on the three principles such as: Innovative, Competitive, and Fair to accomplish the organizational goals and objectives in a more comprehensive way. In opposite to this, the employers of classical workplace only focus on the Competitive and Integrity in order to achieve the organizational goals as well as objectives in an effective way (McSweeney Murphy, 2014). In this way, it can be said that, both 21st century workplace and classical workplace are totally different with each-other. Both, workplaces follow different trends to accomplish their desired results in a different way. Difference between 21st Century Learner and Classical Learner There are various differences between 21st century learner and classical learner. In other words, it can be said that, both 21st century learner and classical learner are different with each other. It is because of the learner of 21st century are highly influenced by advanced technologies. But, the classical learner is not influenced by advanced technologies. Along with this, the 21st century learner only takes help of technologies to enhance their skills and knowledge in a proper way (Eadie, 2009). In opposite to this, the classical learner takes help of books, newspapers and magazines in order to improve their skills and knowledge on different subjects. On the other hand, the 21st century learner joins online education websites to complete their education and also focuses on the technologies to find out their dream jobs. In opposite to this, the classical learner takes admissions in schools and colleges to complete their education and mainly focuses on the campus placement to discover their dream jobs. Moreover, the classical learner also looks newspaper and takes help of consultancies to find out the job to accomplish their goals related to the career (Mayrath, 2012).
